They grew out of TinyFDE: problems we solved inside individual workplaces, distilled into lightweight products so that many more businesses can use them.

Upload a recording, capture live from a microphone, or record a web meeting. TinyMinutes transcribes the audio, drafts the minutes with AI, and structures the discussion into a mind map. Minutes stay editable, with full version history.
Booking & scheduling
Create time slots, share one link.
Set a period, slot length and business hours, and TinyScheduler generates bookable slots with a shareable link. Guests book without signing up, and receive confirmation emails and calendar files. A poll feature helps groups find a common date.
Business cards
Snap a card — turn contacts into relationships.
Photograph a business card and OCR fills in the details. Organize with tags and search, then keep a timeline of every interaction with a built-in calendar. Export to CSV or vCard, or share via QR code.
AI interviews
An AI interviewer that listens, then summarizes.
Design an interview, send invitation links, and let an AI interviewer run the conversation by chat. Each response is summarized by AI, and results are analyzed across all participants — in-depth research with far less effort.

TinyMEO streamlines Google Business Profile work — posts, review replies, optimization suggestions, monthly reports and rank tracking — with generative AI. Every publication goes through an approval step and is recorded in an audit log.

An AI assistant for independent tour guides. It analyzes each guide’s strengths, surfaces prospective travelers who are a good match, and helps draft social posts and messages. Sending and posting are always done by the guide personally.
